Der Dienst

We provide REST and WebSocket interfaces for financial market data with an iTick-compatible format. Market data comes from a third-party upstream provider and is cached and forwarded by us. The data and limits available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.

Konten und API-Tokens

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password and API tokens safe.
• Requests made with your account and tokens are treated as your own use. If a token leaks, reset it in the console immediately.
• You must not share your token with others to use beyond what your subscribed plan allows.

Nutzungsbeschränkungen

• You must not resell, redistribute or publicly display market data obtained through the service unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• You must not bypass rate limits, quotas or other technical restrictions, attack the service, or place unreasonable load on it.
• You must not use the service for anything that violates applicable law.

Daten & Haftungsausschluss

• Market data is for reference only and is not investment advice or an offer to buy or sell.
• Data may be delayed, cached, incomplete or wrong, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or real time. Rely on exchange and broker data for trading decisions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; when the upstream has problems, data may be temporarily unavailable or out of date.

Abonnements und Zahlung

• Plan limits and prices are as shown on the page when you subscribe.
• For paid plans, place an order and pay as described on the page, including your order number; we activate the plan once payment is confirmed. Renewals extend your current term.
• Please contact us before ordering to confirm arrangements such as invoices and refunds.

Sperrung und Kündigung

If you breach these terms or abuse the service, we may disable your token or account. You can stop using the service at any time.

Haftungsbeschränkung

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect loss, lost profits or trading losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or from delayed, missing or incorrect data.

Änderungen der Bedingungen

We may update these terms and will change the date on this page when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
