This policy explains what we collect when you sign up and use the service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

How we use it
- To provide, maintain and improve the service, including activating plans, rate limiting, metering and reconciliation.
- To send you account emails such as email verification and password reset. We do not use these emails for marketing.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure, for example by limiting unusually frequent sign-in attempts.
- With your consent, to measure site visits and advertising performance.
Cookies and advertising measurement
The sign-in session cookie is required to provide the service. Measurement and advertising scripts (Google Analytics and Google Ads) load only after you click Accept, and do not load if you click Reject. Your choice is stored in your browser and you are asked again if you clear local storage. In regions where consent is not legally required, we may not show the prompt.
Parameters carried by an ad click (such as gclid and utm_source) are saved with your account when you sign up, to tell which ad led to the sign-up and to report the conversion back to the advertising platform after an order is paid.
Who we share information with
- Infrastructure provider: the service runs on Cloudflare. Account and order data are stored in its database and emails are sent through its email service.
- Upstream market data provider: we request market data from it with a shared account, so what you query (such as a symbol code) is sent to it. Your email and other account details are not sent to it.
- Google: only with your consent, site visit and ad conversion data are sent to Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose necessary information where required by law, regulation or a competent authority.
We do not sell your personal information. Payments for paid plans are confirmed manually, and we do not use a third-party payment processor.
Security
Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes, your API tokens are encrypted in the database, and the site transmits data over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; if you notice anything unusual with your account, change your password and contact us right away.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and reset your token and change your password in the console at any time.
- You can contact us to access, correct or delete your account information. Order and reconciliation records that the law requires us to keep are excepted.
- You can withdraw your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage; you will be asked again on your next visit.
Children
The service is intended for developers and businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we change the date on this page. We will notify you of material changes on the site or by email.
